Note:
All china comes in wire racks, bagged, ready to be used. We ask that after use you rinse the china free of all food particles and put back in the racks, only 4 to a slot. If the china is not rinsed clean you will be charged a 25% fee! It is a health code violation for you to transport dirty china. Sometimes we’re so busy it might take up to a week to get it all clean and if it wasn’t rinsed to start with, not only is it very hard to clean, but not pleasant to smell it either. You don’t need to sterilize it, just rinse it thoroughly. No matter how clean it is when it comes back, we have to clean it again.
